Because each product is created especially for you, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once production starts, we may not be able to amend or cancel the order.

Personalised orders are made to order in our UK workshop, usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. During busy periods - especially the run-up to Christmas - this can extend slightly, and we'll always show the current dispatch time on our website.
