Each piece is either made to order or produced in small batches, meaning no two items are ever exactly the same — and that’s what makes them special.

Because each product is created especially for you, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once production starts, we may not be able to amend or cancel the order.
Every order at The Gift Project is carefully made, packed, and shipped with love — and because many of our items are handmade or made to order, your delivery timeframe includes both production and shipping time.
This means you might not receive a dispatch email straight away — we’ll send tracking details as soon as your parcel is ready to leave our studio or one of our trusted makers.

While we hope you’ll love your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided your item is in perfect, resalable condition with all original tags attached. Refunds are issued via your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility.
Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. We kindly ask customers to carefully check all spelling, dates, photos, and design options before placing their order, as we produce each item exactly as entered during purchase.
For Christmas orders, our returns window is extended — please contact us for details. International customers should clearly mark parcels as “Returned Goods” to avoid import charges being deducted from any refund.
Faulty or damaged items will be assessed by our team upon arrival. If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund where appropriate.
